DHX - Breaking Alert

1/13/2023

Dear Valued Customer,

We at DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that due to extreme weather conditions which continue to impact vessel transit, both the Manoa 476W and the RJ Pfeiffer 517W are delayed.

The Manoa 476W is now scheduled to arrive in Honolulu Sunday night, January 15. The connecting Neighbor Island barges will be adjusted accordingly.

We are estimating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Oahu deliveries and are evaluating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will do everything in their power to expedite the handling of your shipments and to minimize any delay as much as possible.

Upon returning from Hawaii, the RJ Pfeiffer 517W was forced to take shelter for safety in Oakland before making its scheduled Tacoma call.

The RJ Pfeiffer 517W is now scheduled as follows:

        ● Arrive in Tacoma Sunday morning, January 15

        ● Depart Tacoma late Sunday night, January 15

        ● Arrive in Oakland Tuesday evening, January 17

        ● Depart Oakland Wednesday morning, January 18

        ● Arrive in Honolulu Sunday morning, January 22

The connecting Neighbor Island barges will be adjusted accordingly.

We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
