Subject: Hawaii Vessel Delay – Manoa 489W

Dear Valued Customer,

We have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that the Honolulu arrival of Manoa 489W will be delayed due to repair work needed to address a mechanical problem in Long Beach. The vessel is expected to depart this afternoon and arrive in Honolulu on Monday morning, December 18.

We are estimating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Oahu deliveries and are evaluating a 24-hour delivery delay for our Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will do everything in their power to expedite the handling of your shipments and to minimize any delay as much as possible.

We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
